Backend — Laravel 13 (PHP 8.4)
Object-oriented, strictly-typed PHP on the latest stable Laravel release. Strict type safety and robust design patterns deliver high performance, fewer runtime errors and code that survives long enterprise lifecycles.
Frontend — React
A responsive, accessible interface built to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. State is encrypted on the client and validated on the server, mitigating session hijacking, fixation and CSRF.
Database — Azure or DigitalOcean MySQL HA
Fully managed, ACID-compliant MySQL High Availability on Microsoft Azure or DigitalOcean, with automatic patching, backups and scaling. Customers with data-sovereignty requirements can connect their own self-hosted database and keep full control.
API layer — RESTful + JWT
Stateless JWT authentication for machine-to-machine and client-to-server communication, with granular scopes and short-lived token expiration.

High availability on Microsoft Azure
Hosted on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure or DigitalOcean), every organisation runs on a dedicated, isolated database instance and a logically isolated application environment — with system health, performance and security patching managed proactively by our team.
Zone-redundant replication
Data is synchronously replicated across 3 Availability Zones — zero data loss from a single data-centre failure — with geo-redundant asynchronous replication to a DR region at least 500 miles away. Growth tier and above run dedicated HA instances backing a 99.99% zone-redundant SLA.
Tiered Deployment Stamps
Starter and Growth tiers deploy on logically isolated DigitalOcean instances (Regular and Premium); Scale and Enterprise tiers receive fully dedicated Azure compute (Premium v4 with VNet Integration and Private Endpoints, optional ASE v3) with Multi-AZ replication and geo-redundant DR. Stateless containers auto-scale across zones and unhealthy instances are replaced without interruption.
