01 · Issuance
Credential issuance units

Document issuance is priced by annual volume — the more you issue, the less each unit costs:
- Tier 1 · 1 – 10,000 units / year$1.00
- Tier 2 · 10,001 – 50,000 units / year$0.75
- Tier 3 · 50,001+ units / year$0.50
02 · Verification
Verification commission
30% → 15% platform fee
You set your own fees for third-party document verifiers — DocSec takes a commission on every paid verification. The standard commission is 30%, dropping to 15% once your institution crosses 500 paid verification checks in a month.
03 · Licensing
Departmental licences
from $7,500
One annual licence per office or department. Starter covers 1–5 users including the Department Admin; Growth, Scale and Enterprise tiers expand beyond five users. See tiers below.

Every departmental licence is renewable annually. Starter licences cover 1–5 users; all higher tiers allow expansion beyond five.

Your own stamp
Isolated infrastructure with every tier
Every customer runs on a dedicated, isolated database instance and logically isolated application environment — on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure. Starter and Growth tiers deploy on DigitalOcean (Regular and Premium); Scale and Enterprise tiers receive fully dedicated Azure compute instances. Enterprise adds the option of a customer-managed database for full data sovereignty.

Already using another system for enterprise document management? We'll work with you to make migration possible, for a fee set after a review of the work required.
Training
Remote “Train the Trainer” sessions for Key Users and Departmental Admins are included free with every licence. On-site training can be arranged for a cost covering logistics and other essentials.
Ongoing support
Every active licence includes a 24/7 online ticket portal plus direct phone access to our technical team during standard business hours.
Cybersecurity assurance
The platform codebase passes an annual independent third-party security assessment (OWASP Top 10, API security, dependency scanning). Critical patches are applied in under 24 hours (High: under 72) at no extra cost — and Enterprise licences include one dedicated penetration test of your isolated instance per year.
